After Hours Emergency Maintenance

Please call or text the below number for any after-hours emergency. If deemed an emergency, you must be available to allow entry into your home.


After hours are 5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday/Sunday. This service is also available anytime the Leasing Office is closed.

The below are considered emergencies:

  • Break in
  • Broken Lock: if the issue could allow unwanted entry into the home.
  • Broken Window: if the issue could allow unwanted entry into the home
  • Checking on a relative: Ardent does not do wellness checks. Contact the police.
  • Clogged toilet: if only 1 toilet maintenance must respond.
  • Entry door Issues: if the issue could allow unwanted entry into the home.
  • Fire
  • Fire /Smoke alarm: if going off, will relay
  • Fire Hazard
  • Garage door: stuck closed or stuck open
  • Gas Leak
  • Lockout of home: if photo ID available & name is on lease, will relay; otherwise asked to call back
  • Lockout bathroom: if more than one bathroom, will hold for office; if not, will relay
  • No A/C, if inside or outside temp is 85 or above or if elderly, pregnant, medical condition.
  • No Electric: if just their residence, will relay; if everyone, we refer to the electric company
  • No Heat: 45 degrees or below outside, 60 degrees or below inside
  • No Hot Water
  • No Water – unless area outage.
  • Parking Issue: RSC if applicable; maintenance will not be responsible to respond.
  • People in pool after close: RSC if applicable if not, maintenance will need to respond.
  • Property damage
  • Refrigerator not functioning or other issue
  • Water leak

For all other maintenance items, please log into your resident portal and put in a maintenance request. You may add multiple requests on the same work order. Pictures are worth a thousand words. You must either give us permission to enter or tell us a day you will be home to meet with a technician.
